“Sea-Sea” festival

“Sea-Sea” festival. Maritime atmosphere and seafood specials at City Space Bar & Restaurant.

 

We invite you to enjoy a refreshing sea breeze at the height of large metropolis at panoramic City Space Bar & Restaurant. Especially for «Sea-Sea» gastronomic festival in Moscow, our Chef has prepared Mediterranean delicacies and seafood specials in author's interpretation. Try fresh oysters with strawberry sauce and fresh strawberries, fried shrimp with wasabi, borago and cream cheese, pickled salmon with glass bread, wakame seaweed and tapioca, as well as fried catfish with baked cauliflower, celery puree and tarragon sauce.

Guests will be surprised with sweet stones for dessert, perfectly combining meringues, lemon cream, sponge cake and chocolate biscuit.

 

A special accompany to dinner will be exceptional Gray Goose Fizz cocktail based on Gray Goose vodka with delicate peach liquor, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, tonic and thyme.
