Taiwan Island Cocktails

From September 28 to September 30 the panoramic City Space Bar & Restaurant hosts the famous mixologist Allen Cheng with the exotic cocktails of Taiwan Island. 

Allen works in the bar industry over 17 years. During this time, he won a number of international competitions such as Ciroc Cosmopolitan Cocktail Contest and Glenfiddich Creative Cocktail Competition, became an ambassador and consultant to prestigious alcohol brands, a columnist for the China Times Weekly and opened his own Fourplay Bar in Taipei together with 3 friends. 

Fruits, spices, tea leaves and a spectacular presentation are the key ingredients of his signature cocktails that trigger all five senses: taste, smell, touch, sight and sound. 

«Tea tells a lot of the culture and traditions of a country», says Allen and we invite you to prove it.  


On September 28, from 13:00 to 15:00, Allen will conduct training for professionals dedicated to nuances in preparing cocktails for guests in the West and East.  


His signature cocktails will be introduced to the bar guests from September 28 to September 30 (20:00 – 23:00)
