Chef by profession, sommelier, Chicago-based mixologist Adam Seger takes a chef’s approach at the bar and takes the art of mixology to a new level. He is an author of a number of cocktail books.

Seger creates many syrups and mixes in-house, his cocktails are based on natural ingredients, special purees, foams and infusions.

October 25 – 30, 2010 – Fresh Market Alchemy at City Space with Adam Seger. Chicago-based mixologist will present not only his cocktails but also his signature dishes.

The famous mixologist from Amsterdam Timo Janse is the winner of Diageo World Class Bartender of the Year 2010 in Classic cocktails challenge, he is also the author of the children’s book about non-alcoholic cocktails “Shake it!” that was named “Best Children’s Book of the Year” in the Netherlands and Belgium.

From September 27 to October 2 Timo Janse will introduce his signature cocktails and mocktails at City Space Bar & Lounge.
