Chef Alexander Zagrebin will present a special sunset dinner fully dedicated to Eastern themes. The menu, blending Nikkei philosophy with festive Chinese traditions, features: delicate seafood with spicy accents, meat dishes paired with iconic Asian sauces, desserts symbolizing sweet fortune in the New Year.
